Any FTP user created for your Windows Hosting
package, except for the default primary user created by the system, can be
deleted at any time. Follow the process mentioned here to delete an FTP user:
1.
Login to your
Control Panel and search for the domain name for which you have purchased
this hosting package.

2. In the search results view, click on the
domain name. This will take you to the order details view.
3. Click on Manage Web Hosting Service
in the lower toolbar.
4. In the Website Management interface pop-up
that follows, go to Manage Website -> FTP User Manger -> List FTP Users.
This would give a list of all FTP users associated with your web hosting
package.
5. Select the check-box before the user you
wish to delete, and click on the Delete button.
