Follow the process mentioned below to get a
list of all FTP users associated with your web hosting package.
1.
Login to your
Control Panel and search for the domain name for which you have purchased
this hosting package.

2. In the search results view, click on the
domain name. This will take you to the order details view.
3. Click on Manage Web Hosting Service
in the lower toolbar.
4. In the Website Management interface pop-up
that follows, go to Manage Website -> FTP User Manger -> List FTP Users.
This would give a detailed list of all FTP users associated with your web hosting
package.
